The Bohan Mobile Tan - Preparation |

To help prolong the life of your gorgeous spray tan, the following preparation tips should be followed. Why not takes some extra time and indulge yourself during this stage! |

 |
Exfoliation |
| |
| To prepare your skin for optimum results it is important to exfoliate the night before your tanning appointment. Exfoliating rubs of dead skin cells and body oils enabling a smooth even coverage and lengthens the duration of your tan. Pay particular attention to ankles, elbows and knees. |
| |
| Shaving/Waxing |
| |
| Shave at least 24 hours before or wax at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. |
| |

| Bathing |
 |
| |
Ideally bath before your appointment removing all make-up, cosmetics, perfume and deodorant.
Otherwise, keep make-up and cosmetics to a minimum on the day of your tan. You will need to remove all make-up and cosmetics immediately prior to your application. Eye makeup will act as a barrier cream and prevent the solution from interacting with the skin. You'll end up with white eyelids!
DO NOT wear perfume on the day of your spray tanning appointment. Lotions can create a barrier, preventing the absorption of tanning solution or lotions. Deodorant can be worn on the day but will have to be removed prior to your tan application. |

| Clothing |
| |
A disposable thong is provided. However, you can choose to wear your own "old" underwear or bikini if your prefer. Please wear whatever you feel most comfortable in.
Disposable hats are provided which must be worn during the application process in order to facilitate the application to the face and neck area. If you have long hair it should be tied up before application.
Immediately after the application wear dark underwear and dark loose clothing. The tan will wash out of most clothing materials, but may stain lighter coloured items. Also lycra and nylon can stain. Tight clothing will cause the tan to rub off during the developing stage which lasts just eight hours. |

Nails |
| |
| You could paint your nails prior to the spray tan to prevent staining. |
| |
| Jewelry |
| |
| Jewelry should be removed prior to the application. |
| |
| Contact Lenses |
| |
| Don't wear soft contact lenses, takes them out before your session.
As the spray tan solution contains a bronzer colour guide, we advise that soft lenses are removed to prevent discolouration. |

| Tinted Eyelashes/Eyebrows |
| |
| Don't tint eyelashes or eyebrows just before your session. |
